Floors throughout

Carpets vacuumed and edges detailed; hard floors washed. Carpet steam-cleaning available as an add-on where the inventory requires it.

Walls, doors & skirtings

Marks and scuffs spot-cleaned, skirtings, door frames, switches and handles wiped down throughout the property.

Inside cupboards & wardrobes

Emptied units cleaned inside and out, kitchen units, wardrobes, drawers and built-in storage.

Will this get my deposit back?
We clean to the check-in inventory, the same standard your check-out is judged against, so cleaning is one less thing for the inspection to flag. A professional clean gives you the strongest position on your deposit.
Should the property be empty?
Ideally yes. We clean best in an empty or near-empty property so nothing's missed behind furniture. If items remain, let us know and we'll work around them.
Do you clean inside the oven and appliances?
Yes, inside the oven, hob, extractor, fridge, freezer and microwave are all included as standard on an end of tenancy clean.
Is carpet cleaning included?
Carpets are vacuumed and edges detailed as standard. Professional steam-cleaning is available as an add-on where the inventory or your tenancy agreement requires it.
How quickly can you come?
