Do I need a site survey or can you just quote?
For a single shop, small office or restaurant we can usually quote from a few photos and a postcode. For larger buildings, managed blocks or anything needing access permits or RAMS, we'll arrange a visit first.
What insurance and vetting do you carry?
Full public liability and accidental-damage cover, and every cleaner is DBS-checked and reference-verified. We can supply certificates ahead of any first visit.
Can you work outside hours?
Yes. Offices, hotels, restaurants and retail mostly run on early-morning, evening or weekend schedules so cleaning never interrupts the working day. We work to the rhythm the operation needs.
Do you do RAMS for managed property?
Yes, where the building needs them. Risk assessment and method statement produced for every site that requires it, kept on the building file, refreshed annually.
Can you cover multiple sites?
Yes. Property managers and FM teams across London and Kent run portfolios with us, single point of contact, single invoice, consistent standard everywhere.
Do you take on small jobs?
Yes. A single shop clean, a one-off restaurant deep clean, an office reset before a meeting, all welcome. We don't have a portfolio-only rule.
